  • Job Assistance will be provided to individuals who have an attendance record of more than 90%. BICARD is not responsible for job assistance to students who do not have such record.
  • At the beginning of the batch, students will be trained for aptitude tests and counselled to chalk out their career plan.
  • Recruitments depends on the individual companies recruitment policies which are subject to change from time to time. BICARD or any other companies do not guarantee any placements to the students.
  • The students who wish to apply to a particular company/organization are required to give their willingness to the Placement cell. No late entries will be entertained under any circumstances. It is obligatory on the part of these students to attend the interviews.
  • The Selection Process will be conducted at BICARD Campus OR at the recruiting company’s’ premises. The students will have to appear for the same at their own expense.
  • Students are short-listed by recruiting companies as per their own criteria and BICARD does not impose any control on same. The company has the right to modify its Eligibility Criteria without any prior notice and can reject any student at their discretion.
  • BICARD’s responsibility is to provide job assistance only. The recruitment company can provide Job offer anywhere across India.
  • Can fix the Salary component as per their own criteria and BICARD cannot be held responsible for the same.
  • Might demand for an employment bond which includes signing an agreement for service tenure and a cash component as well.
  • In all the cases, it is the student’s responsibility to determine if he/she wants to consider the job offer or not.
  • BICARD will not provide any further Placement Assistance to a student who gets selected OR Offered an Offer/Appointment letter from One (1) recruitment company.
  • BICARD cannot be held responsible for the outcome of Recruitment Company’s interview process.
  • If a student gets selected in more than one company, he/she will be given 12 hours’ time to choose his/her preference, failing which the company which declares result first will automatically be finalized as his/her preferred choice. BICARD will inform the other company(s) directly for withdrawal of offer.
  • After accepting a job offer, if any student decides to withdraw his/her acceptance any time during the year, he/she must inform the company concerned through the Training and Placement Office immediately.
  • The students selected through campus interview will complete all the necessary formalities (e.g. medical test) asked by the employer and will join the organization within stipulated time frame. He/ she will keep the Placement Cell updated regarding his/ her progress in the Company. Placement Cell, in turn, will obtain regular feedback from the employer regarding the performance of selected students. As a matter of policy, the selected students will work at least for the duration told by a particular Organisation.
